In accordance with our commitments specified in the Code of Conduct, Côte d'Ivoire Terminal implements an Ethical and Sustainable Development approach, with a focus on its social, environmental and societal responsibilities.

Our compliance policy is governed by clear and well-known rules about our ethical standards and our commitment to fight corruption. We have defined for everyone all recommended and prohibited behaviours, through various training programs for all staff, performance monitoring committees are in place and support us in understanding challenges or issues.

Côte d'Ivoire Terminal is striving, in the relations with its partners, to reinforce the quality of partnerships with each economic operator acting on its behalf. For this reason, and in addition to the particular contractual provisions agreed upon, all service providers are required to comply with the commitments and principles of the Company. We require the strictest observance of ethics and human rights.
